Section 14
Section 26 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “Director of
Pharmaceutical Services” the words “Principal Director”;
(b)
in subsection (2), by deleting paragraph (c); and
(c)
by inserting after subsection (6) the following subsection:
“(7) Any person who contravenes any term or condition of any licence issued under this section shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.”.
