Section 18
Section 31 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the shoulder note the following shoulder note:
“Authorization of Drug Enforcement Officer”;
(b)
by substituting for subsection (2) the following subsection:
“(2) In exercising any of the powers of a Drug
Enforcement Officer under this Act, a Drug Enforcement
Officer shall on demand produce to the person against whom he is acting the authorization referred to in subsection (1).”; and
(c)
by deleting subsections (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9)
and (10).
