Section 106 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the shoulder note, by substituting for the words
“police officers, members of the armed forces”
the words “authorized officers, police officers”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “police officer or member of the armed forces” wherever appearing the words
“authorized officer or police officer”.
Deletion of section 107
