“Lembaga may incorporate company
The principal Act is amended in the Second Schedule—
(a)
by deleting subparagraph 1(1); and
(b)
by inserting after paragraph 2 the following paragraph:
“2a. The Chairman or, in his absence, the member elected by the members of the Investment Panel present shall preside over the meetings of the Investment Panel.”.
