of MALAYSIA CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) ACT 2023
Section 6
Section 13 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by substituting for subsection (1) the following subsection:
“(1) The Chairman shall be appointed for a term not exceeding five years and may be reappointed.”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “paragraphs 11(3)(c), (d), (e)
and (f)” the words “paragraphs 11(3)(b), (c), (d) and (e)”.
