Amendment of section 17
(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by substituting for the words “and detain”
the words “, detain and search”; and
(ii)
by inserting after the words “published,” the words
“imported,” wherever appearing; and
(b)
in subsections (2), (3) and (4), by inserting after the words “publication,” the words “importation,”.
