Section 2

The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia Act 2017 [Act 788], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended by substituting for the words “any subsidiary legislation made under the Civil Aviation Act 1969” wherever appearing the words “any subsidiary legislation made under this Act and the Civil Aviation Act 1969”.
