of CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY PAYMENT AND ADJUDICATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 2024
Section 9
Section 33 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the word “KLRCA”
the words “Asian International Arbitration Centre”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the word “KLRCA”
the words “Asian International Arbitration Centre”.
