Section 100
Section 240 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the shoulder note, by substituting for the words
“Offence for distributing” the word “Distributing”;
(b)
by substituting for the words “one hundred thousand”
the words “two hundred thousand”; and
(c)
by substituting for the words “two years” the words
“three years”.
