Section 101
Section 241 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the shoulder note, by substituting for the words
“Offence for giving” the word “Giving”;
Communications and Multimedia (Amendment)
(b)
by substituting for the words “twenty thousand” the words
“five hundred thousand”; and
(c)
by substituting for the words “six months” the words
“five years”.
