Section 63 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words
“the Commission may direct that” the words
“the Commission may, in writing, instruct that”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the word “direction”
the words “written instruction”.
