Section 19
Section 73 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
by substituting for the words “written notice, direct” the words “written instruction, instruct”;
and
(ii)
in paragraphs 2(a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f), by substituting for the word “notice” the words
“written instruction”; and
(b)
in subsection (3)—
(i)
by substituting for the word “directed”
the word “instructed”;
(ii)
by substituting for the words “and/or documents”
the words “or documents or both”; and
(iii)
by substituting for the word “notice” the words
“written instruction”.
