of COUNTERVAILING AND ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES (AMENDMENT) ACT 2025
Section 15
Section 31 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the shoulder note the following shoulder note:
“Protection of investigating authority and persons acting under direction of investigating authority”;
(b)
by substituting for the words “any person or officer authorized under this Act” the words “the investigating authority”; and
(c)
by substituting for the words “any such person or officer”
the words “the investigating authority”.
