Section 21

Notwithstanding subsection (1), a judicial review in relation to a final administrative review determination under section 34a of the principal Act and an administrative review under section 13

or 28 of the principal Act, which is pending immediately before the coming into operation of this Act shall, on the coming into operation of this Act, be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the principal Act as if the principal Act has not been amended by this Act.
