Section 38
Section 51 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the shoulder note, by substituting for the word “vessel”
the words “fishing vessel”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “vessel, vehicle” wherever appearing the words “fishing vessel, conveyance”.
