Additional powers of competent authority and enforcement agency

Section 68
(1)

For the avoidance of doubt, the functions conferred on the competent authority or an enforcement agency under this Act shall be in addition to its functions under any other written law.

(2)

Where an enforcement agency enforcing the law under which a related serious offence is committed gathers evidence with respect to any investigation relating to that offence, such evidence shall be deemed to be evidence gathered in accordance with this Act.
