Preamble

Whereas applications were made to the Director under the provisions of sub-section (i) of section 6 of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936, by the proprietors of the holdings described in the Schedule hereto to have their holdings made Malay Reservations; And whereas notice of the said applications as required by sub-section (ii) was duly given; And whereas the period of two months prescribed by sub-section

(iii)

has since lapsed;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (iii), the Director of Lands and Mines, hereby declares the holdings described in the Schedule hereto to be Malay

Reservations.
