Whereas applications were made to the Director under the provisions of sub-section (i) of section 6 of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936, by the proprietors of the holdings described in the Schedule hereto to have their holdings made Malay Reservations; J.G.N. 4142 dated 5.6.2008 and 19.6.2008. Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965] dan diwakilkan kepadanya oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri di bawah subseksyen 13(1) Akta, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Johor, dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa bidang tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan tertera di dalam Pelan Bil. P.A. 92188 yang disimpan dalam Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Johor, dirizabkan bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak tadika yang diletakkan di bawah jagaan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Johor dan hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Pegawai Daerah Batu Pahat dan pengganti-penggantinya dalam jawatan. Code [Act 56 of 1965] and delegated to him by the State Authority under subsection 13(1) of the Act, the Director of Lands and Mines, Johore, hereby declares that the parcel of land described in the Schedule and delineated in

Plan No. C.P. 92188 is deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Johore, to be reserved for public purpose, to wit, a site for a kindergarten to be under the charge of the Johore State Secretary, and to be maintained by the District Officer of Batu Pahat, and its successors in office.
