- Whereas applications were made to the Director under the provisions of sub-section (i) of section 6 of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936, by the proprietors of the holdings described in the Schedule hereto to have their holdings made Malay Reservations; J.G.N. 1529 dated 17.7.2003 and 31.7.2003. 6hb Jan. 2005] 7 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI JOHOR And whereas notice of the said applications as required by sub-section (ii) was duly given; And whereas the period of two months prescribed by sub-section
