Preamble
- Whereas applications were made to the Director under the provisions of subsection (i) of section 6 of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936, by the proprietors of the holdings described in the Schedule hereto to have their holdings made Malay Reservations; And whereas notice of the said applications as required by subsection (ii) was duly given; And whereas the period of two months prescribed by subsection
(iii)
, the Director of Lands and Mines, hereby declares the holdings described in the Schedule hereto to be Malay Reservations.
