- Whereas applications were made to the Commissioner under the provisions of sub-section (i) of section 6 of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936, by the proprietors of the holdings described in the Schedule hereto to have their holdings made Malay Reservations; W.K.J. 1033 bertarikh 11.5.2006 dan 25.5.2006. 724 [1hb Mac 2007 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI JOHOR And whereas notice of the said applications as required by sub-section (ii) was duly given; And whereas the period of two months prescribed by sub-section
