Preamble

Whereas application was made to the D irector under the provisions of sub-section (i) of section 6 of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936, by the proprietor of the holding described in the S chedule hereto to have his holding made a Malay Reservation; And whereas notice of the said application as required by sub-section (ii) was duly given; And whereas the period of two months prescribed by sub-section

(iii)

has since lapsed;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (iii), the D irector of L ands and Mines, hereby declares the holding described in the S chedule hereto to be a Malay

Reservation.
