Preamble
- Whereas application was made to the Director under the provisions of sub-section (i) of section 6 of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936, by the proprietor of the holding described in the Schedule hereto to have her holding made a Malay Reservation; And whereas notice of the said application as required by sub-section (ii) was duly given; And whereas the period of two months prescribed by sub-section (iii) has since lapsed; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (iii), the Director of Lands and Mines, hereby declares the holding described in the Schedule hereto to be a Malay Reservation. butir-butir kenyataan tanah description of holding Daerah/District—Batu Pahat.
