Whereas application was made to the Director under the provisions of sub-section (i) of section 6 of the Malay Reservations Enactment W.K.J. 1937 bertarikh 31.7.2003 dan 14.8.2003. 612 [8hb April 2004 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI JOHOR 1936, by the proprietor of the holding described in the Schedule hereto to have her holding made a Malay Reservation; And whereas notice of the said application as required by sub-section (ii) was duly given; And whereas the period of two months prescribed by sub-section

has since lapsed;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
