Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965] dan diwakilkan kepadanya oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri di bawah subseksyen 13(1) Akta, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Johor, dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa bidang tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan di atas Pelan Bil. P.A. 92432 yang disimpan dalam Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Johor, dirizabkan bagi maksud awam iaitu, tapak balairaya yang diletakkan di bawah jagaan Setiausaha Kerajaan Johor dan hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Pegawai Daerah Pontian dan pengganti-penggantinya dalam jawatan.
