Whereas application was made to the Director under the provisions of sub-section (i) of section 6 of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936, by the proprietor of the holding described in the Schedule hereto to have his holding made a Malay Reservation; W.K.J. 1934 bertarikh 14.8.2003 dan 28.8.2003. 874 [14hb April 2005 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI JOHOR And whereas notice of the said application as required by sub-section (ii) was duly given; And whereas the period of two months prescribed by sub-section (iii) has since lapsed; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (iii), the Director of Lands and Mines, hereby declares the holding described in the Schedule hereto to be a Malay Re-servation.
