Whereas application was made to the Director under the provisions of sub-section (i) of section 6 of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936, by the proprietor of the holding described in the Schedule hereto to have his holding made a Malay Reservation; J.G.N. 777 dated 11.5.2000. and 25.5.2000. W.K.J 2012 bertarikh 7.11.2002 dan 21.11.2002. WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI JOHOR 878 [24hb April 2003 And whereas notice of the said application as required by sub-section (ii) was duly given; And whereas the period of two months prescribed by sub-section

has since lapsed;
