- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 3910 yang disiarkan pada 29 Jun 1923, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 9 Enakmen Tanah 1911 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 5 ekar 1 rood yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 664 terletak di Dong, Mukim Dong, Daerah Raub, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 5,145 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Sekolah Kebangsaan di bawah jagaan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara; Maka oleh yang demikian menurut subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, adalah dengan ini diberi notis bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan perizapan tanah tersebut di atas dan satu siasatan akan dibuat mengenainya oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang di pejabat Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Raub pada 21 Julai 2004 pukul 9.00 pagi.

- Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 3910 published on 29 June 1923, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 of the Land Enactment 1911 has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 5 acres 1 rood known as Lot No. 664, situated at Dong, Mukim of Dong, District of Raub, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 5,145 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose of a Vernacular School, to be maintained by the Inspector of Schools, Pahang; And whereas the State Authority proposes to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation pursuant to subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code; Now therefore pursuant to subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code, notice is hereby given that the State Authority proposes to revoke the reservation of the aforesaid land and an enquiry with respect thereto will be held by the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines at the office of the District of Raub Land Administrator on the 21 July 2004 at 9.00 a.m. Bertarikh 17 Mei 2004 Dated 17 May 2004 DATO’ HAJI RADZI BIN YUSOF [PT.
