- Bahawasanya, menurut peruntukan seksyen 100 Kanun Tanah Negara [56 tahun 1965], tanah yang dijadualkan di bawah ini telah melalui perintah, diisytiharkan terlucut hak kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri. [31hb Julai 2008 740 Notis adalah dengan ini diberi bahawa pelucuthakan itu berkuat kuasa pada tarikh notis ini disiarkan dalam Warta dan bahawa, oleh kerana tanah itu terletak hak kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri—

Preamble
- Whereas, pursuant to the provision of section 100 of the National Land Code [56 of 1965], the lands scheduled below has by order been declared forfeit to the State Authority. Notice is hereby given that such forfeiture has taken effect on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette and that, in consequence of its vesting in the State Authority—
(b)
the issue document of title to the land are void and are impoundable by the State.
