Bahawasanya menurut peruntukan seksyen 100 Kanun Tanah Negara, tanah yang dijadualkan yang terletak di daerah kecil Gemas, Bandar Gemas dengan keluasan 74 meter persegi telah, melalui Perintah [W.K. N.S. 165/2005] diisytiharkan dilucuthakkan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri: Notis dengan ini diberikan bahawa pelucuthakan itu berkuat kuasa pada tarikh notis ini disiarkan dalam Warta dan bahawa, oleh kerana tanah itu telah diletakhakkan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri—

Whereas, pursuant to the provisions of section 100 of the National Land Code, the lands scheduled below situated in sub-district of Gemas, Town of Gemas with an area of 74 square metres has, by Order, [N.S. G.N. 164/2005] been declared forfeit to the State Authority: WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI SEMBILAN 9hb Jun 2005] 593 Notice is given that such forfeiture has taken effect on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette and that, in consequence of its vesting in the State Authority—

(a)

any title or interest in the lands heretofore subsisting or capable of arising is extinguished; and

the issue documents of title to the lands are void and are impoundable by the State.
