- Bahawasanya, menurut peruntukan seksyen 100 Kanun Tanah Negara, tanah yang dijadualkan yang terletak di daerah kecil Gemas, Bandar Gemas dengan keluasan 74 meter persegi telah, melalui Perintah [W.K.N.S. 172/2005], diisytiharkan dilucuthakkan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri: Notis diberikan bahawa pelucuthakkan itu berkuat kuasa pada tarikh Notis ini disiarkan dalam Warta dan bahawa, oleh kerana tanah itu telah diletakhakkan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri—
