Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi di bawah seksyen 127 dan seksyen 163, Akta Kerajaan Tempatan 1976, Majlis Perbandaran Taiping dengan kelulusan dari Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengenakan bagi tahun 2015, kadar-kadar yang berikut ke atas semua pegangan-pegangan yang terdapat dalam kawasan Majlis Perbandaran Taiping dan bangunan-bangunan yang terletak di atas tanah Kerajaan Negeri atau tanah dirizabkan untuk suatu maksud awam yang juga di dalam kawasan Majlis Perbandaran Taiping dan tidak diduduki oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan atau Kerajaaan Negeri:

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 127 and section 163 of the Local Government Act 1976, the Taiping Municipal Council, with the approval of the State Authority, hereby impose for the year 2015, the following rates upon all holdings situated within the Taiping Municipal Council and all holdings situated on State Land or on Land reserved for a public purpose within the Taiping Municipal Council area and not occupied by the Federal Government or the State Government: Kawasan / Area Kadar / Rate Bil. Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62 (1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Mukim Hulu Kinta, Daerah Kinta yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Zon Penampan dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62 (1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Mukim of Hulu Kinta, District of Kinta described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Buffer Zone and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Ipoh City Council.

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Kampung Sentosa, Mukim Pengkalan Aor,

Daerah Larut, Matang dan Selama yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Masjid dan Perkuburan Islam dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Agama Islam dan ‘Adat Melayu Perak.
