Seksyen 9 Akta ibu dipinda dalam seksyen 407a—
(a)
dalam subseksyen (1), dengan memotong perkataan “after the case management”;
(b)
dalam subseksyen (3), dengan memotong perkataan “with the consent of the accused”; dan
Akta Kanun Tatacara Jenayah (Pindaan)

(c)
dengan memasukkan selepas subseksyen (3) subseksyen yang berikut:
“(4) Where the Court makes an order for the disposal of the articles under subsection (3), the Court may allow the accused to take photographs of the articles.”.
