PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 7(2) dan (4) Akta Pilihan Raya 1958 [Akta 19], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya meminda Jadual kepada Notis yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 72 bertarikh 13 Mac 2013 bagi Negeri Sabah di ruang KEDUDUKAN PUSAT MENGUNDI (HARI MENGUNDI AWAL) bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen seperti yang berikut:

(a)

P. 177 Beaufort, bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N. 26 Kuala Penyu, dengan memotong Daerah Mengundi Menumbok dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya;

(b)

P. 178 Sipitang, bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N. 28 Sindumin, dengan memotong Daerah Mengundi Sindumin dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya;

(c)

P. 179 Ranau, bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N. 30 Karanaan, bagi

Daerah Mengundi Sumaang—

(i)

dengan menggantikan perkataan “Sumaang” yang terdapat dalam ruang (3) dengan perkataan “Kimolohing”; dan

(ii)

dengan menggantikan perkataan “179/30/13” yang terdapat dalam ruang (4) dengan perkataan “179/30/14”; dan 3

(d)

P. 183 Beluran, bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N. 39 Sugut, dengan memotong Daerah Mengundi Pamol dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya.

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsections 7(2) and (4) of the Elections Act 1958 [Act 19], the Election Commission amends the Schedule to the Notice published in P.U. (B) 72 dated 13 March 2013 for the State of Sabah in column KEDUDUKAN PUSAT MENGUNDI (HARI MENGUNDI AWAL) for Parliamentary Constituencies as follows:

(a)

P. 177 Beaufort, for State Constituency of N. 26 Kuala Penyu, by deleting

Polling District of Menumbok and particulars relating to it;

(b)

P. 178 Sipitang, for State Constituency of N. 28 Sindumin, by deleting

Polling District of Sindumin and particulars relating to it;

(c)

P. 179 Ranau, for State Constituency of N. 30 Karanaan, for Polling District of Sumaang—

(i)

by substituting for the word “Sumaang” appearing in column (3)

the word “Kimolohing”; and

(ii)

by substituting for the word “179/30/13” appearing in column (4)

the word “179/30/14”; and

(d)

P. 183 Beluran, for State Constituency of N. 39 Sugut, by deleting Polling

District of Pamol and particulars relating to it.
