Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313], as adopted by the National Forestry Act 1984

(Adoption) Enactment 1985 [Enactment No. 3 of 1985], the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the

Perak Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Sungai Pinang Forest Reserve published vide Straits

Settlement Government Gazette No. 119 dated 27 January 1911 shall cease to be part of the Permanent Reserved Forest.
