  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11 dan 13 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313], seperti yang diterima pakai oleh Enakmen Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 (Pemakaian) 1985 [En. Bil. 3 tahun 1985] Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Hutan Simpanan Kekal Ayer Chepam yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak No. 182 bertarikh 27 Februari 1992 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi sebahagian Hutan Simpan Kekal itu. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 and 13 of the National

Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313], as adopted by the National Forestry Act 1984

(Adoption) Enactment 1985 [En. No. 3 of 1985] the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the State of Perak Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Ayer Chepam Permanent Forest Reserve published vide State of Perak Government Gazette No. 182 dated 27 February 1992 shall cease to be part of the Permanent Reserved Forest.
