Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh Seksyen 11 dan 13 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313], seperti yang diterima pakai oleh Enakmen Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 (Pemakaian) 1985 [Enak. Bil. 3 tahun 1985], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Hutan Simpan Behrang yang diisytiharkan melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 5186 yang disiarkan pada 2 Ogos 1929 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi sebahagian Hutan Simpan Kekal itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 11 and 13 of the National

Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313], as adopted by the National Forestry Act 1984

(Adoption) Enactment 1985 [Enact. No. 3 of 1985], the State Authority declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak

Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Behrang Forest Reserve published vide Federated Malay States

Government Gazette No. 5186 dated 2 August 1929 shall cease to be Permanent

Reserved Forest.
