Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313], as adopted by the National Forestry Act 1984

(Adoption) Enactment 1985 [Enactment No. 3 of 1985], the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of publiction of this Notification in the

Perak Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Bubu Forest Reserve published Vide Federated

Malay States Government Gazette No. 547 dated 1 February 1921 shall cease to be part of the Permanent Reserved Forest.

The area of approximately 13.519 hectares (33.40604 acres) in the Wilayah

Ulu Licin, Mukim of Senggang, District of Kuala Kangsar outlined in grey on PW4688 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping

Perak.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS IN THE STATE OF PERAK FOR THE YEAR 2019

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 9(1) Akta Hari

Kelepasan 1951 [Akta 369], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri menetapkan hari-hari yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual menjadi Hari-Hari Kelepasan Am Negeri bagi tahun 2019.

Jika mana-mana Hari Kelepasan Am Negeri jatuh pada hari kelepasan mingguan maka hari yang berikutnya hendaklah menjadi hari kelepasan am, dan jika hari sedemikian adalah sememangnya hari kelepasan am maka hari yang berikutnya hendaklah menjadi hari kelepasan am.

Jika Hari Kelepasan Am itu jatuh pada hari Sabtu, maka hari Sabtu itu juga adalah merupakan Hari Kelepasan Am dan tidak akan diganti pada hari-hari yang lain.

If any State Public Holiday falls on Saturday, then that day is considered as a State Public Holiday and will not be replaced by any other day.

PERISYTIHARAN RIZAB MELAYU BANGGOL BERANGAN

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 3 (i) Enakmen Rizab

Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan

Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual hendaklah menjadi suatu Rizab Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Rizab Melatu Banggol Berangan.

MALAY RESERVATION ENACTMENT

DECLARATION OF BANGGOL BERANGAN MALAY RESERVE

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3 (i) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142] the Menteri Besar Perak Darul

Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of the publication of this Notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as Banggol Berangan Malay Reserve.

REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 1825 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 5 Julai 2018, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak untuk rumah Pegawai Jabatan Parit dan Taliair Grik,

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;

Maka, oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh

Subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa
