In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 and 13 of the National Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313] as adopted by the National Forestry Act 1984 (Adoption) Enactment 1985 [Enactment No. 3 of 1985], the State Authority declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak Government Gazette, the areas described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Kinta Hills Reserve published vide Federal Malay States Government Gazette No. 6158 dated 29 August 1930 shall cease to be part of the Permanent Reserved Forest.

The area of approximately 40.469 hectares in Mukim of Sungai Raya, District of

Kinta outlined in grey on P.W. 4579 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.

[Subsection 62(1)]

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Proton City, Mukim Hulu Bernam Timur,

Daerah Muallim yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak rizab khas dan menetapkan Setiuasaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Daerah Tanjong Malim.

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Proton City, Mukim Hulu Bernam, District of Muallim described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a special reserve and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the
