Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11 dan 13 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313], seperti yang diterima pakai oleh Enakmen Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 (Permakaian) 1985 [Enak. Bil. 3 tahun 1985], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang sebahagian daripada kawasan yang disytiharkan sebagai Hutan Simpan Bintang Hijau yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 1190 bertarikh 24 Mac 1921 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi sebahagian Hutan Simpan Kekal itu. In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11 and 13 of the National

Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313], as adopted by the National Forestry Act 1984

(Adoption) Enactment 1985 [En. No. 3 1985] the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak

Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Bintang Hijau Forest Reserve published vide Federated

Malay States Government Gazette No. 1190 dated 24 Mac 1921 shall cease to be part of the Permanent Reserved Forest.

District of Kuala Kangsar, Lot No. 160432 outlined in grey on PA 142087

deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
