Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 10 Enakmen Kawalan dan Sekatan Pengembangan Agama Bukan Islam 1980 [ Enakmen No. 1 tahun 1980], Raja dalam Mesyuarat dengan ini melantik pegawai-pegawai awam yang dinamakan di dalam Jadual untuk menjalankan kuasa-kuasa sebagai Pegawai Bertauliah di bawah Enakmen ini berkuatkuasa mulai 1 Januari 2015. Jadual i-Pegawai-pegawai awam yang dilantik sebagai Pegawai Penguatkuasa Syariah di bawah seksyen 56 Enakmen Pentadbiran Hal Ehwal Agama Islam (Terengganu) 2001; ii-Semua Pegawai Agama Daerah Negeri Terengganu: dan iii-Ketua-ketua Polis Balai dan pegawai-pegawai polis yang berpangkat Inspektor dan ke atas dalam Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman.

Pewartaan bagi Pelantikan Pegawai-pegawai bertauliah yang bernombor 192
bertarikh 15 Februari 1989 yang disiarkan pada 16 Mac 1989 dibatalkan.
Seksyen 1
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Control and Restriction of the Propagation of Non-Islamic Religions Enactment 1980 [enactment No. 1
of 1980], the Ruler in Council hereby authorized the public officers specified in the Schedule to exercise the powers as an Authorized Officers constituted under this Enactment with effect from 1 January 2015.
Schedule i-Public officers who are appointed as Syariah Enforcement Officers under section 56 of the Administration of Islamic Religious Affairs Enactment 2001;
ii-All District Religious Officer of the State of Terengganu: and iii-Officer in Charge of Police Station and police officers of and above the rank of Inspector in the State of Terengganu Darul Iman.

The gazette for the Appointment of Authorisrd Officers number 192 dated 15 of February 1989 which was published on 16 March 1989 is revoked.
