- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 13(1)(b) Enakmen (Pemakaian) Perhutanan Negara 1985, maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat menyatakan bahawa mulai daripada 19 April 2012 akan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas peta P.W. 50176, P.W. 50177 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah/Perlis dan yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Hutan Simpan Gunong Inas yang diisytiharkan mengikut Kenyataan Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. F – bertarikh – hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi simpanan yang tersebut itu.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 13(1)(b) National Forestry (Adoption) Enactment 1985, the Ruler in Council hereby declares that as from 19 April 2012 land described in the Schedule hereto and delineated upon plan P.W. 50176, P.W. 50177 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kedah/Perlis and which formed part of Gunong Inas Forest Reserve declared under Kedah Government Gazette Notification No. F – dated – shall cease to be reserved.
