Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 13(1)(b) Enakmen (Pemakaian) Perhutanan Negara 1985, maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat menyatakan bahawa mulai daripada 6 Januari 2016 akan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas peta P.W. WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN 1013 7hb Jun 2018] 1261 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kedah dan yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Hutan Simpan Gunung Ternas yang diisytiharkan mengikut Kenyataan Warta Kerajaan No. — bertarikh — hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi simpanan yang tersebut itu.
