Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 13(1)(b) Enakmen (Pemakaian) Perhutanan Negara 1985, maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat menyatakan bahawa mulai daripada 11 April 2007 akan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas P.W. 50345 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Negeri Kedah dan yang menjadi Kenyataan Warta Kerajaan no. F-120 bertarikh 30 Mac 1950 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi simpanan yang tersebut itu.

In exercise of powers conferred by paragraph 13(1)(b) National Forestry (Adoption) Enactment 1985 the Rules in Council hereby declares that as from 11 April 2007 land described in the Schedule here to and delineated upon plan P.W. 50345 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping State of Kedah and which formed part of Selat Panchor Forest Reserve declared under Kedah Goverment Gazzette Notification no. F-120 dated 30 March 1950 shall cease to be reserved. Jadual/Schedule Mukim/Mukim—Kuah. Daerah/District—Langkawi. No. Lot/Lot No.—Kompartment 1 & 7. Keluasan/Area—15.89 hektar/hectares.
