Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Proton City, Tanjong Malim, Mukim Hulu Bernam Timor, Daerah Muallim yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk pembangunan landskap Taman Rimba Bandar Tanjong Malim dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Daerah Tanjong Malim. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Proton City, Tanjong Malim, Mukim of Hulu Bernam

Timor, District of Muallim described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for landscape development Forest Park City of Tanjong Malim and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Tanjong

Malim District Council.
