In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(3) of the Hang Tuah Jaya

Corporation Enactment 2005 [Enactment No. 2 of 2005], the State Authority has determined the administration area of Hang Tuah Jaya Corporation as follows:

The Hang Tuah Jaya Corporation area measuring of 35,733.04 acres includes parts of the three districts which are Melaka Tengah (14,247.76 acres), Alor

Gajah (12,396.41 acres) and Jasin (12,859.79 acres).

The District of Melaka affecting five Mukim, which are part of Mukim Batu

Berendam (3,362.25 acres), part of Mukim Bukit Baru (2,555.85 acres), part of Mukim Bukit Katil (7,240.54 acres), part of Mukim Bachang (538.64

acres), part of Mukim Peringgit (101.01 acres) and part of Mukim Ayer

Molek (449.55 acres).

The District of Alor Gajah only affects part of Mukim Durian Tunggal

(8,625.49 acres) whereas the District of Jasin affects part of Mukim Ayer

Panas (12,735.99 acres) and part of Mukim Kesang (123.80 acres).

A substantial boundary of Hang Tuah Jaya Corporation border consists of roads. Starting from the area of Malim Jaya adjoining to Jalan Tun Fatimah at the Batu Berendam Free Trade Zone area towards Peringgit.

The boundary of Hang Tuah Jaya Corporation from Peringgit to Bukit Katil is based on the lotsʼ line which stretches from the residential area of Taman

Desa Baru and Taman Merak Mas.

From Bukit Katil to Bemban, its boundaryʼs are Jalan Tun Kudu and Jalan

Tehel–Bemban and from Bemban to Kesang its boundary is through Jalan

Bemban–Kesang. Its north boundaries are from Jalan Kesang–Simpang Garing till the Durian Tunggal Town.

Its south boundaries begin from the Durian Tunggal Town to the junction of Lebuhraya Paya Rumput–Sungai Udang. Further on, the boundaries of

Hang Tuah Jaya Corporation are also based on the Malacca River to Malim

Jaya.
