  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4 (i) (b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Pasir Salak mengikut Pemberitahuan GN. 1740 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu pada 5 Jun 1914 dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian Rizab Melayu.

MALAY RESERVATION ENACTMENT

REVOCATION PART OF THE PASIR SALAK MALAY RESERVATIONS

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4 (i) (b) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak Darul

Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as Pasir Salak

Malay Reservation vide Notification No. 1740 published in the Federated

Malay States Government Gazette on 5 June 1914 be revoked to be part of a Malay Reserve.
