Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar, Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat, dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Sungai Batu melalui Pemberitahuan No. 1621 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 30 Disember 2004 hendaklah terhenti menjadi sebahagian daripada Rizab Melayu itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservations

Enacment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak, with the approval of the Ruler in Council, hereby declares that from the date of publication of this

Notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Sungai Batu Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 1621 published on 30 December 2004 in the Perak

Government Gazette shall cease to be part of the Malay Reserve.
