Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4 (i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.M. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Tanah Simpanan Melayu Tanjong Burong melalui Pemberitahuan No. 1278 yang disiarkan pada 10 September 1992 dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi sebahagian Tanah Simpanan Melayu itu.

Perak Darul Ridzuan malay reservation enactment revocation of the tanjong burong malay reservation

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4 (i)(b) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142] the Menteri Besar Perak Darul

Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Government Gazette of

Perak, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as

Tanjong Burong Malay Reservation vide Notification No. 1278 published on 10 September 1992 in the State Government of Perak Gazette shall cease to be part of the Malay Reserve.

Jadual

The area approximately 20.77 hectares in the Mukim of Pengkalan Baharu,

District of Manjung outlined in grey on P.W. 2081 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
