Opening note

Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri, dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Kampong Bharu melalui Pemberitahuan No. 1769 yang disiarkan pada 12 Disember 1957 dalam Warta Kerajaan Persekutuan Tanah Melayu hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi sebahagian Rizab Melayu itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan, with the approval of the State Authority, hereby declares that from the date of the publication of this notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Kampong

Bharu Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 1769 published on 12 December 1957 in the Federation of Malaya Government Gazette shall cease to be part of the Malay Reserve.

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Taman Pengkalan Jaya, Pasir Putih, Mukim

Hulu Kinta, Daerah Kinta seperti diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk tempat meletak kenderaan dan kegunaan awam Masjid

Al-Furqan dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Agama Islam dan ‘Adat Melayu Perak.
